eLC training and support

The eLearning Commons now has been upgraded. Powered by Desire2Learn, eLC has replaced the previous system powered by Blackboard Vista. eLC is the sole learning management system at UGA and is jointly supported by the Center for Teaching and Learning and Enterprise Information Technology Services.

Workshops and drop-in work sessions are available through January. There is no formal instruction in the drop-in work sessions. eLC consultants will be available to assist faculty on an individual basis. Registration is not required, but is helpful to ensure the appropriate number of consultants for each session. A list of all training sessions and other resources for faculty is available at http://ctl.uga.edu/elc/faculty.

A document explaining the changes also is available at http://bit.ly/newelc-doc. The old eLC system will be available to faculty for reference through the end of January.
