Two years after Katrina, Tulane library sees returns

Some 210,000 items that were salvaged from Tulane University’s Howard-Tilton Memorial Library are finally being returned to their shelves, The Chronicle of Higher Education reported. It has been more than two and a half years since the library was flooded by eight feet of water following Hurricane Katrina. The Library Associates Companies has been helping with the recovery effort by cataloging donated and replacement items.
