The revolution will not be televised
A Los Angeles Times article about the debate over technology use in U.S. classrooms quoted Thomas C. Reeves, an associate professor of statistics and instructional technology expert.
In the ’60s and ’70s, “instructional TV was going to revolutionize everything,” Reeves said. “But the notion that a good teacher would be just as effective on videotape is not the case.”
