Survey: Anxiety is No. 1 mental health concern among students

Anxiety was the top complaint for university students who sought mental health care in the 2015-2016 academic year, but almost three out of every four students said university counseling services helped them perform better academically, according to an annual survey from the Association for University and College Counseling Center Directors.

The survey included 529 counseling center directors from universities across the country.
