The Canadian province of Ontario announced plans to spend more than $500 million to add space for about 20,000 more higher education student this fall, The Chronicle of Higher Education reported.
Although Ontario already ranks first among provinces in the number of universities and colleges, its expansion plans won’t be aimed at only Canadian students. The Chronicle reported that the province plans to aggressively promote its opportunities to prospective international students.
