National hiring expected to grow

New graduates in the spring may have an easier time finding a job than their peers who graduated during the Great Recession. According to “Recruiting Trends,” an annual national survey of companies by Michigan State University, hiring is expected to grow by 16 percent next year. That follows several years of very modest hiring growth.

Information services and finance and insurance are the two industries anticipating the most growth. Detailed findings will be available in November.
