Duke U. approves first degree for its business school campus in China

A master of management studies will be the first degree offered by Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in Kunshan, China, The Chronicle of Higher Education reported.

To earn the degree, students will split their time between the China campus and its counterpart in Durham, N.C. That decision was made in part because research showed that many Chinese students were wary of a degree offered solely in China that costs roughly the same as one in the U.S. Enrollment in the program will start later this year, the Chronicle reported.
