Coalition formed to reverse old college application processes

Eighty colleges and universities are rebooting their application process for incoming high school students to allow them to make a portfolio, share information and use a new application system.

The group of 80 schools, called the Coalition for Access, Affordability and Success, are reversing previous application processes and creating a platform for new online portfolios for high school students applicants. The coalition consists of Ivy League universities, liberal arts colleges as well as public institutions, and they are encouraging other schools to join.
