Steve Harris, director of the Office of Emergency Preparedness, presents Heather Perry, a corporal in the UGA Police Department, a certificate honoring her as the recipient of the 2015 Edward T. and Sarah Laurent Kassinger Scholarship, which is provided to students who complete degrees while employed full time as a UGA police officer or a working student in the criminal justice studies program at UGA’s Franklin College of Arts and Sciences.
