The Physical Plant has created a Web site for requesting and tracking work requests.
After logging in, there is a small dashboard that allows users to request new work, view the status of previous requests and leave comments or ask questions.
When Physical Plant receives and approves request, they will send an e-mail to the person making the request. Because this system ties in closely with Physical Plant’s financial Web site (http://financial.ppd.uga.edu), users can track the costs of requests as they progress.
Users are encouraged to review the site to see if it fits their needs. If it does not, contact Physical Plant [ppdwork@uga.edu and (706) 542-7456] and let them know.
