Michael Brewer, who develops computer applications and creates and manages databases for the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, has been selected to present a lecture at an international conference at the University of Ottawa in May. Brewer will present a lecture entitled “Migrating to PostgreSQL in Academia” and moderate a session on “PostgreSQL in Education” at PGCon, an annual conference for users and developers of PostgreSQL, an open-source relational database.
