Kirk Cureton, professor and head of the department of kinesiology, has received a Citation Award from the American College of Sports Medicine. The award is given for outstanding scientific and scholarly contributions to sports medicine and/or the exercise sciences throughout a career.
Cureton was recognized at ACSM’s 2009 annual meeting in Seattle on May 29.
