In an article about a Republican move to gain seats in Georgia, USA Today quoted UGA political scientist Charles Bullock. With only two hotly contested battles for the U.S. House looming in 2006, Bullock said, “There are not a whole lot of opportunities for Republicans to have a take-back. This is not a slam-dunk, (but) at least there’s a shot.”
