Getting to know UGA

First-year students kicked off their collegiate careers during Freshman Welcome, held Aug. 13 at Sanford Stadium. The Class of 2021 gathered to hear from the Student Alumni Association and the Student Government Association and learn traditions for cheering at UGA football games. They also heard from campus leaders, including President Jere W. Morehead. The event ended with a class photo in the form of a “Power G.”
