The State Botanical Garden is accepting donations for its Friends of the Garden Flea Market. Acceptable items, including furniture, books, toys, garden supplies, linens, jewelry, can be dropped off until Aug. 17 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the botanical garden, which is located at 2450 South Milledge Avenue. Pickup is available for large items. Clothing items will not be accepted.
The flea market will be held Aug. 18 from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. at the garden’s Visitor Center and Conservatory. For more information or to schedule a time to drop off items, call Beverly Morton at 706-542-6138.
