Edward Delgado-Romero, American Psychology Association 2011 Award

Edward Delgado-Romero, a professor in the department of counseling and human development services, has received the American Psychology Association 2011 Award for Distinguished Contributions to Psychology in the Public Interest, one of only six awards given by the 100,000-member organization.

In addition, as a recipient of the early career award (within 15 years of graduation), Delgado-Romero will present an address at the annual APA convention in Washington, D.C., in August and write an article for the field’s top journal, American Psychologist.
