Dmitriy Nikonov, a senior research associate with the Center for International Trade and Security in the School of Public and International Affairs, was awarded $449,200 from the Carnegie Corp. of New York for a three-year study on strategies to reduce the risk of nuclear proliferation and chemical, biological and radiological threats in Southeast Asia.
