In the Aug. 28 Columns, a report on the status of recommendations from the Task Force on General Education and Student Learning was accompanied by an illustration depicting a student paper with an “A+” grade on it.
The plus-minus grading system currently under a pilot program at UGA does not provide for a grade of A+.
