An article by Bill Paul, emeritus professor and former General Sandy Beaver Teaching Professor, was published in the 2013 fall issue of the Journal of the American Art Pottery Association. The cover story, a biographical and aesthetic analysis of pottery produced by Bulgarian/American potter Stoin M. Stoin between 1926 and 1985, is illustrated with more than 60 rare examples of the artist’s work from the nationally known Bill and Dorothy Paul Collection of American Art Pottery.
