Benefits open enrollment for University System of Georgia employees, including those at UGA, will be held
Oct. 26-Nov. 20. All decisions made during open enrollment will become effective Jan. 1, 2010.
Health and dental insurance rates for 2010 are available online at www.hr.uga.edu/benefits/Approved%202010%20rates.pdf.
Human Resources has scheduled a series of information sessions in October and November for active employees and retirees in Athens, Griffin and Tifton. Dates and times are online at www.hr.uga.edu/benefits/2009_oe_sessions.html.
An additional session, using Wimba Live, will be scheduled for employees and retirees in other areas of the state and will be publicized at a later date.
Human Resources will provide complete details about health and dental insurance plans for 2010 approximately one week prior to open enrollment or earlier, if the information becomes available.
