The Nigerian newspaper Punch quoted Samantha Joye, a professor of marine sciences, in a story about continuing cleanup efforts that BP was taking following the Gulf oil spill.
“I find it very hard to believe, impossible actually, that they have three-quarters of the oil accounted for,” Joye said.
