Members of the East Athens Educational Dance Center took the stage Oct. 9 during the Community Dance Day Celebration. Presented by the department of dance, the afternoon included dance classes and an informal discussion of the technical/production aspects of dance performance. The celebration culminated with performances by Classic City Dance and UGA’s CORE Dance Company, Ballet Ensemble and the Ballroom Performance Group.
